05 / COMMON QUESTIONS
KNOW BEFORE
YOU APPLY.
Clear answers about who coaching is for, how we work together, and what happens after you submit the application.
Do I need to be a powerlifter?
No. Powerlifting is my specialty, but I also help people improve general strength, exercise technique, workout structure, and accessory movements throughout the gym.
Is coaching beginner-friendly?
Yes. Your training is built around your current experience. Newer lifters receive the structure and feedback needed to build strong fundamentals from the start.
How often do we communicate?
You receive a structured weekly check-in, direct messaging support, and the option to have a video coaching call every week.
Are weekly video calls required?
No. A video call is available each week as part of 1:1 Coaching, but it is completely optional. You can skip a particular week whenever needed or choose not to have video calls at all.
How is my program delivered?
After you are accepted and payment is set up, you receive an individualized plan with clear exercises, sets, reps, and progression built around your schedule and equipment.
Can you help with squat, bench, and deadlift technique?
Yes. Video review and technique feedback are part of 1:1 coaching. The one-time $50 Technique Audit covers three movements: squat, bench, and deadlift—or you can replace any lift you do not want reviewed with another exercise.
What happens after I apply?
I review your answers personally. If coaching looks like a good fit, I will contact you to discuss next steps and set up payment. Applying does not charge you.
Can I cancel coaching?
Yes. If you need to end coaching, contact me before your next billing date so we can close out your current training period cleanly.
